Calculating LF = Layflat = FlatWidth = Diameter in centimeter x3.1417 divide by 2
Example: 9mm=0.9cm x3.1417 /2 = 1.414cm=14.14mm Calculating diameter when circumference is known
Diameter = Circumference in centimeter divided by 3.1417
Example:185mm=18.5cm divided by 3.1417 = 58.89mm diameterCL =cut length is label's height, it will determine shrink sleeve is a full body, half body or only wrap neck band. Even by manual package, shrink Sleeve's height is for us to layout printed graphic dimension.
5.How do I know material thickness ? You can sending us sample to measurement thickness. It is depend on package material type and product but some is per customer request.
PVC/PET/OPS Shrink sleeve label thickness form 0.03~0.07mm
PVC Shrink bag thickness form 0.025~0.06mm
PVC Shrink cap seal thickness form 0.05~0.08mm
PVC/PE Shrink multi-pack form 0.035~0.07mm
POF Shrink film thickness form 0.013~0.019mm
6.Are you going to wrap the whole container just half or only at neck ?
This will determine what you need a shrink band sleeve label, tamper-evidence neck band what we call cap seal, full sleeve bag , Multi-Pack is double or triplicate package.
7. Will you want the film to be colored or clear? Printed or non-printed ? Transaprent plain film was nature plain color ,our printing press was rotogravure printing max 8 colors.
8. How do I know material type?
Material type have S.W single wound film flat film, CF centerfold and tube type.
9.Can you send us couple sample of the product ? This is the best way to insure that your product can be measured and sealed properly. 14. Do you apply the bands/labels/sleeves?
We manufacture bands, labels and sleeves and sell, but do not do packaging.
15. What kind of material shrinkage ?
First of all it is according package product's shape , on the other hand is by beverage filling type.
In generally Vertical automatic labeling machine have two different filling method. If beverage is Hot filling shrinkage will be around TD 40%, cold filling is around TD 50% some of the container wrap full body use 58~63%. PET OPS up to 75%.
